Quick fixes for Wi-Fi, casting, storage, and moving from another Android TV box.
DigiBox D6 Max is an Android-based media player. We sell hardware only — no pre-loaded channels, no bundled content catalogs. You bring your own apps and subscriptions.
Wi-Fi & Network
If one app buffers but others work fine, the issue is likely that app's server — not your box. Start with these steps:
- Switch to 5GHz Wi-Fi (less crowded)
- Or connect via Ethernet for maximum stability
- Restart your router and the D6Max
Most streaming issues are network-related, not hardware-related.
Screen Cast
The D6Max supports built-in Cast. Open a supported app on your phone, tap Cast, and select your D6Max. Works with the streaming apps you already use.
Storage & Performance
Keep at least 10% free space for smooth operation. If the home screen feels slow:
- Go to Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Clear Cache
- Uninstall apps you don't use
- Avoid third-party "booster" or "cleaner" APKs — they can cause system instability
Switching from another streaming device?
Install your preferred apps on the D6Max and sign in with your existing accounts. Your subscriptions and login info stay with you — just like on any other Android device.
